WP6 Multiplier Events

Work Package 6 supported the dissemination and wider promotion of the NEDLib project results.

The partners organised multiplier events in the project countries to present the main outputs developed during NEDLib. These included the theoretical teaching modules, the practical learning modules and the e-learning platform. The events helped bring the project results to wider professional and public audiences.

The dissemination activities reached both direct and indirect target groups. Direct target groups included librarians and adult library users, while indirect target groups included university teachers, students, journalists, media specialists, cultural heritage professionals and other stakeholders interested in media and information literacy.

The multiplier events also supported the sustainability of the project. By presenting the learning materials and the platform to wider audiences, the partners encouraged their continued use beyond the formal project period. The events raised awareness of the importance of media and information literacy, especially in relation to disinformation, fake news and digital risks.

The final conference in Bulgaria presented the overall achievements of the project. It brought together project partners, key librarians and stakeholders and highlighted the cooperation between universities, libraries and professional organisations. The conference demonstrated the value of the NEDLib results and their potential for continued use in library and adult education contexts.
