The NEDLib Educational Platform provides open access to the learning materials and practical activities developed within the Erasmus+ project NEDLib: Digital Competence and Information Literacy for Librarians.
The platform brings together educational resources designed to support librarians, library professionals, educators, trainers, adult learners, students, researchers, journalists, media professionals, cultural heritage professionals and citizens interested in developing digital, media and information literacy skills.
The platform includes four educational manuals:
- Information Literacy;
- Media Literacy;
- Fake News and Disinformation;
- Gamification in Libraries.
It also provides access to more than 50 practical tasks and learning activities related to these thematic areas. The practical materials are available in English, Greek, Bulgarian, Latvian, Portuguese and Romanian.
The NEDLib materials can be used for personal learning, professional development, library training, adult education, workshops, seminars and other educational activities. The learning approach is problem-oriented and includes practical exercises, real-life situations and game-based activities.
