Work Package 1 ensured the overall coordination and successful implementation of the NEDLib project across the full partnership.
Throughout the project, ULSIT coordinated the work of the consortium and supported all partner organisations in planning, implementing, monitoring and reporting their activities. The management process covered communication, deadlines, deliverables, project results, documentation, budget-related issues, risk management and the preparation of final reporting materials.
The partnership used regular online meetings, transnational project meetings, shared working spaces and continuous communication between partners to follow the progress of the project. These coordination mechanisms helped the consortium exchange information, discuss challenges, agree on responsibilities and take timely decisions when adjustments were needed.
This work package created the organisational framework for the successful implementation of all other project activities. It supported the development of learning materials, the organisation of trainings and summer schools, the implementation of multiplier events, the final conference and the preparation of project results for long-term use.
