The Final Transnational Project Meeting of the Erasmus+ project NEDLib – Digital Competence and Information Literacy for Librarians will take place on 14 and 15 July 2026, following the project’s Final Conference in Sofia.
The meeting will bring together the NEDLib project partners from Bulgaria, Greece, Latvia, Portugal and Romania to discuss the final administrative, reporting and sustainability actions before the official closure of the project.
The agenda of the two-day meeting will focus on the final status of the work packages, the completion and review of the project results, the training activities, summer schools and multiplier events, as well as the quality assurance and evaluation of the project outputs.
Special attention will be given to the finalisation of the educational modules, practical tasks, translations and the NEDLib e-learning platform. The partners will also review the dissemination and visibility activities, including website and social media publications, press releases, photographs, screenshots and other communication evidence.
The second part of the meeting will be dedicated to final reporting, partner documentation, financial and administrative closure, as well as the sustainability of the project results. Partners will discuss the future use of the NEDLib website, e-learning platform and training materials after the formal end of the project.
The expected outcome of the meeting is a complete final action plan with assigned responsibilities, confirmed deadlines and agreed steps for ensuring the continued use and visibility of the NEDLib results.
The Final Transnational Project Meeting will mark an important step towards the successful completion of the project and the long-term sustainability of its outcomes in the field of digital competence, information literacy and media literacy for librarians and library users.
