NEDLib project at 18th IFLA Interlending and Document Supply Conference in Baku

The 18th IFLA Interlending and Document Supply Conference was officially opened in Baku, Azerbaijan, bringing together library professionals and researchers from around the world. During the event, Assoc. Prof. Vasil Zagorov and Assoc. Prof. Marina Encheva from the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies (ULSIT) presented a paper titled “ULSIT Projects and Practices in Diversity and Inclusiveness in Resource Sharing.” In their presentation, they also shared insights about the Erasmus+ project NEDLib – “Digital Competence and Information Literacy for Librarians,” highlighting its contribution to promoting digital inclusion and strengthening the professional skills of librarians across Europe.

The conference also provided an excellent opportunity for fruitful discussions and exchange of ideas with colleagues from Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Russia, focusing on new approaches and partnerships in the field of interlibrary cooperation and resource sharing.
