Each partner organization will charge its main coordinator to monitor the progress, quality, and achievement of their tasks and ensure compatibility with the main PMP. ULSIT will provide coordination to assure that partner activities fulfil the requirements and are achieved/ completed on time. For monitoring purposes, scope, quality, and time management are of great significance for any kind of project. Therefore, monitoring the achievement of the project goals will focus on: – scope, – quality of the deliverables, – project results, and – project timeline. To fulfil this aim, project milestones and deadlines will also be defined, responsible team members will be assigned, and required documents (charts, work breakdown structures, etc.) will be prepared to efficiently monitor all the activities. During the meetings, the progress, the quality, and the achievement of the tasks will be reviewed, and the necessary updates and improvements will be planned to compensate for any possible deficiencies. One of the monitoring tools of the project process will be the common working and instant information sharing (communicating) environment. All monitoring documents will be shared and the deadlines for each task will be under the control of the partners.
The cooperation and communication among all project partners will happen through transnational project meetings and other communication channels (online video conferences through social media, professional social networks, e-mail communication). Three transnational meetings are scheduled aiming to coordinate the plans of the working team, summarizing and reporting the results related to the development of the project results. The frequency of the meetings is connected with the work programme. Online meetings on a monthly basis will be managed to guarantee the necessary continuity and flow of information during the whole project. The project partners will work together on several scientific publications related to the activities during the implementation of the different project results. Within this context, the project partners have already constituted an effective and strong communication infrastructure.
